Adecco is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Electronics Assembler for our World class aerospace and defense manufacturer located in Mississauga, ON, near the 403 and Winston Churchill Blvd. To be considered for the position you must have soldering experience, high attention to detail, eager to learn, able to follow directions and commit to multiple 6 month contracts. This position also requires that you are able to read work orders, follow diagrams and demonstrate that you are computer savvy. The salary for the Electronics Assembler is $13.00 per hour, plus four percent vacation pay.

Shift: Sat- Sun with additional hours during week nights

The Electronics Assembler Requirements

* Able to perform PTH (pin through hole) component insertion and other manual assembly operations prior to the soldering process on printed circuit boards
* Able to set up and calibrate mechanical assembly tools used in the PCB (printed circuit boards) assembly process
* Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Able to perform a variety of mechanical assembly operations based on IPC and customer specifications.
* Able to verify mechanical dimensions and other features
* Must be available for long term work; one year or longer
* Background in electronics is an asset

The Electronics Assembler Qualifications:

* Must be computer savvy
* Ability to stand/walk for entire shift and lift up to 35lbs.
* Clear criminal background, able to provide work history for the last 5 years
* Must be CGP Clearable (Permanent Resident or CDN Citizen, cannot have left Canada for more than 6 months in the last 5 years).
