Adecco is currently hiring for an Operations Lead in Toronto ON. This position is with one of the largest financial service providers in Canada. The main function of an Operations Lead is to support the day to day activities for the successful implementation and management of the program. This individual will be supporting the Retirement Strategy team. To qualify for this Operations Lead role, you must be available from Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This is a 12-month contract with a pay rate of $28.75.

Operations Lead required Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure program operations are completed accurately and on time, create operational processes as needed and continually review existing processes to create efficiencies
• Assisting with the Retirement Strategy team with developing and implementing solutions to improve member experience. This includes: launch and member operations, launch support, informing internal business contacts of upcoming implementations or program changes and maintaining member data.
•Supporting team program management
•Sharing program updates to keep the team informed
•Monitoring service levels to ensure we are meeting set service standards and escalate any issues
•Assisting with creating materials for Steering Committees and external parties, including potential customers and partners. This includes: maintain offline data, completing monthly reports, confirming data accuracy, requesting improvements / modifications based on data analysis and working with internal business partners to implement

Operations Lead required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of business experience, with prior experience within an operational team or function
• University/College graduate
• Ability to present analysis in a clear and concise manner; both verbally and through written presentations
• Ability to interact and influence effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Enthusiasm for making presentations, selling ideas and gathering suggestions from others
• Understands how technology can be leveraged to influence development of new, innovative products
• Ability to prepare schedules and status reports, manage to a budget, and deliver timely results
• Ability to develop and maintain positive cross-department relationships to attain collaborative solutions
