Adecco is currently hiring for Operations Officer in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Operations Officer role, you must have 1-2 years operations back office banking experience, customer service or call center experience, and transfer processing experience as well as excellent communication skills both oral and written, commitment to client service excellence. This Operations Officer role is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and has a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Operations Officer Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly management fees report
• Responsible for calculating and charging PT/Court passing fees and ad hoc fee charge/refund request
• Accountable for processing daily fee request of Immediate Distributable Estate based on book or market value of Private Trust standard and non-standard compensation schedule and/or fee agreements
• Contribute toward attaining a positive audit
• Consistently exercise within SLA
• Responsible for being flexible in changing work priorities and assist Team Manager with PT/CP fee projects as assigned from time to time

Operations Officer Qualifications:
• University/college degree
• 1-2 years operations back office banking experience
• 1-2 years customer service or call center experience
• 1-2 years transfer processing experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Successful completion of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) and/or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) an asset
• Proficient in ISM, SMS, Electronic Imaging Services (EIS) an asset
• Working knowledge of the securities industry, including product knowledge of account types and their functionality an asset
• Proven telephone etiquette – call center experience an asset
• Proficiency in spoken and written communication
