Adecco is currently hiring for an Operations Officer job in Toronto, ON. To qualify for the Operations Officer role you must be available to work from Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This job requires a candidate with problem solving, analyzing and customer service skills. The pay rate for this position is $16.00.

Operations Officer Job required Responsibilities:
Candidates will be performing 3 of the following roles below:
1) Initiating Officer
• The team lead will distribute work to the officer
• Officer will then perform a quality check on the assets
• If all information is okay- the officer will then initiate the “transfer out”

2) Processing Officer
• Officer will review the transfer out
• This is a relatively riskier duty as they will be processing and actioning the request of assets leaving the institution. It is money leaving the institution that the candidate must articulate in a business professional manager with Financial Planners and advisers. No errors are affordable at this stage.

3) CSR
• Duties include inbound/outbound customer service calls with other banking/financial institutions

Operations Officer Job required Qualifications:
• Comfortable with high volumes of work
• Must be able to articulate and communicate (written and verbal) on a business professional level
• Able to meet deadlines within restricted time
• Able to take initiative, work well both independently and within team, and acquire good problem solving skills
• Banking / financial experience considered an asset
• Previous call center experience considered an asset
• Post secondary education considered an asset
