Our client, within the financial and securities industry has partnered with Adecco Professional to find an experienced Credit and Finance Administrator to join their busy, committed, established and hard working team. The Back Office Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON is best suited for a career and experienced professional with the following skills and experience;

5+ years in a back office administrator or similar capacity within the financial/investments/securities industry (must be from an institutional perspective - job details below
Strengths in MS Excel and strong asset for those with IBM SIS experience/exposure
Excellent commununication skills, verbal and written combined with an affinity for numbers and details
Fast and accurate processing and administrator skills
Hard worker who works well in a team setting but who can also work well independantly with little to no supervision
A career minded professional who is looking for their next (and long standing) 'work-home'
Knowledgeable on IIROC

Some of the duties of the Back Office Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON include, but are not limited to:

Detailed and accurate processing of RRSP and TFSA contributions/withdrawals
Reconciliations of balances for registered accounts
Transfers In / Transfers Out
Internal communications including with the cage
Process adjustments, post rates
Cheque and wire requests
Various forms of reporting including expenses, internal commission calculations, etc
Provide back up support to team members, flexible attitude is a must.
