Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

- Monitor Direct Deposits for AR & AP
- Produce Monthly Financial Statements
- Manage employee Files/Records
- Posting in the GL
- Reconcile bank statements
- Pay and monitor all bills (including taxes)
- Payroll (including commissions and bonuses)
- Enroll new employees in health plan and provide payments
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

The bookkeeper candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
