Bookkeeper Job Opening in North York, ON

Adecco is currently hiring for a Bookkeeper position in North York, ON. Our client is in the Health & Wellness industry and is accessible by TTC. This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30-6 with potential overtime.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:


*Full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

*Reconcile Customer Account and answer inquiry from Customer/Sales Team

*Process Daily Deposit and Credit Card Payment.

*Price change in the system / Price for Export Order

*Posting Daily Transfer Entries.

*Creating Purchase Orders as required

*Inventory Reconciliation

*Prepare Performa & Commercial Invoices.

*Process HST Remittance

*Prepare Cheques for various mediums.

*Process of Credit Memo.




Bookkeeper Qualifications:


*Degree in accounting or business administration

*2-3 years of experience in an accountant or bookkeeper capacity

*Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles

*Excellent communications skills in written and spoken

*Strong attention to detail

*Flexible work attitude

*Excellent punctuality and flexible to overtime, is a must
