Are you a Marketing Coordinator who wants to work with an inspiring team in downtown Vancouver? Are you a social media guru who knows who is always about the small details? Well please read on!

What you will do:

Work with Marketing, Project Managers, and others to prepare materials, including qualifications, brochures, presentations, newsletters, proposals, award submittals, announcements and reports
Edit social media sites and develop materials
Use intranet, collaboration and file repository sites
Develop, layout, coordinate graphics
Write and edit non-technical copy
Research technical documents and reports
Perform other duties as needed




As a Marketing Coordinator you must have:


Degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
1+ year document layout and production experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Access, Photoshop, 2015 (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator)
Experience in proposal planning and coordination a must
Writing ability, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong communication skills (ability to communicate efficiently and effectively)
Ability to handle tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job success
Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles; detail-oriented and strong administration skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
