Roevin Technology is hiring for Technical Administrative Coordinator for one of our leading technology clients located in Vancouver, BC. This is an excellent contract opportunity with a possibility for multiple extensions that would allow the Administrative Coordinator to get to work with cutting edge technologies and will have exposure to the "fun" part of tech world.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and outgoing individual with some experience with 3D printing, CNC or vinyl cutting.

Technical Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

-Coordinate proper training and deployment of equipment
-Manage inventory and liaise with Procurement to maintain inventory
-Provide support in the delivery and execution of events
-Manage the calendar and communications
-Assist in project based work including hardware/software projects, 3D modelling etc.

Technical Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:

-Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
-Excellent organizational and written communications skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
-Basic electronics experience with Maker space tooling such as 3D printers, CNC, vinyl cutting
-Experience with software programs for 3D modeling, CAD/CAM
