The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing internal and external customer support related to the organization's products and services and is involved in maintaining positive customer relations and responds to problems and inquiries. Additional functions include order entry, invoicing and daily administrative tasks.
Hours of Work:
Full time Monday thru Friday 40 hours/week
8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Required Skills & Competencies:
Minimum of 2-5 years inside sales or customer service experience preferably in a manufacturing environment (no call centres or fast food customer service candidates)
Product knowledge or industry experience is considered an asset;
Demonstrate an articulate, confident and professional communication style;
Highly motivated and energetic team player; Driven, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills;
Excellent communication skills: customer responsive; Strong time-management and problem solving skills; Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability; Ability to utilize decision making skills, prioritize many objectives & multiple tasks; Able to demonstrate good people skills and diplomacy; maintain excellent performance under pressure; Must have strong attention-to-detail; Very organized; Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline sensitive environment; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application & EDI software
