We are currently seeking Customer Service Representative for a loyalty rewards solutions company located in Markham at Rodick Rd and Applecreek Blvd. The working hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. This role will pay $16 - $17 depending on experience.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner. Attention to detail and knowledge of Excel are musts as is previous exposure to working within a team environment. He or she will be responsible for the following:
¿ Processes all incoming and outgoing purchase orders.
¿ Assists in the vendor payment process.
¿ Manually import orders when necessary.
¿ Prints product labels and packing slips for shipping.
¿ Emails orders when required.
¿ Processes cancellations in the system when required.
¿ Works with customer service regarding fulfillment of orders when requested.
¿ Communicates with vendors for clarification &/or confirmation when needed.
¿ Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customer service.
¿ Utilizes Excel to import order spreadsheets.
¿ Updates order management system to ensure orders are closed out once completed.
¿ Submits tracking numbers to customers.
¿ Requests freight quotes for LTL shipments.


Minimum two years of experience in order entry.
Some basic customer service experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work swiftly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on multiple things at once.
