Our client in Markham, ON is looking for a Services and Installations Coordinator to join their team on a fulltime basis.

Role and Responsibilities:
·Calendar Management
·Arrange service calls and installation jobs
·Data entry into the company¿s portal
·Coordinating with technicians and installers on a daily basis
·Minimal administrative duties
·Coordinate with the Customer Service department
·Follow up with scheduled jobs and update status accordingly to company portal

Qualifications and Experience:
·Works well in a collaborative team environment
·Computer skills required including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
·Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. -Must be able to handle heavy telephone activity.
·Punctual, reliable and organized
·Prior Customer Service experience
·Enthusiasm and a dedication to excellence
·Ability to work well under pressure
·Great problem solving skills
·Attention to detail
·Previous HVAC experience an asset
