The Time and Attendance Administrator job, based in Calgary, Alberta, is a temporary position with our client. To be considered for the Turnaround Scheduler role, you will have previous administrative experience, including data entry and timesheet record keeping. This position will act as a point of contact for remote sites, and support remote business units Previous experience with Kronos software is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities of the Time and Attendance Administrator job include:

- Manage timesheets and ensure all supporting documentation (Timesheets, WO?s, Up Lift Premiums, etc.) is received each pay period
- Enter exceptions as received through supporting documentation in to Kronos each pay period
- Responsible for balancing each pay period hours to zero and submitting to payroll on time
- Professionally compose letters, emails, etc. as required
- Manage email and follow up to concerns with appropriate group, business unit, payroll, etc
- Provide problem analysis and problem solving skills - including identifying existing and possible issues and offering solutions
- Organize and maintain office space and supplies
- Maintain, log and file confidential documents as required
- Track absenteeism and send (email) reports as required
- Provide Ad Hoc reports to Managers as requested
- Conduct audits of Kronos time entry and correct any errors


- Previous data entry and administrative experience
- Previous experience with Kronos Software
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
