Salesforce Administrator Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
- Understanding of validation rules, workflows, process builder, flows vs. custom code
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce architecture (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, Tasks, etc.)
- E-mail marketing experience is a big asset
- Data loading, transforming and Excel experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, self-directed, work under minimal supervision
