Adecco is currently recruiting a Senior Oracle Functional Analyst for our non-profit client located in central Ottawa, ON. As a senior team member, the Oracle Functional Analyst will be the EBS lead responsible for identifying and documenting Oracle E-Business Suite requirements and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective.

The Oracle Functional Analyst be responsible for:

- Defining operational scenarios such as processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions
- Working with the architecture team to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements
- Providing Level 3 application specific support to the user community as defined by service level objectives
- Interacting with various project stakeholders to facilitate workshops to gather and finalize requirements
- Analyzing current automated information systems and related business processes and providing recommendations for alternatives and/or business process transformations
- Facilitating conversations with stakeholders and provide long term planning for evolution and increased adoption of Oracle E-Business Suite system
- Coordinating with all other support resources including third-party support providers and with the EBS user community to develop and maintain the EBS roadmap to meet both business and technology support needs

The Oracle Functional Analyst should demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Bachelor¿s degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years' directly related experience implementing Oracle Application systems and IT projects
- Minimum 7 years' directly related experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Analyst and 3 years¿ experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials Application Software in a project
- Proven experience implementing Oracle EBS modules including: General Ledger, Purchasing, Payables, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Receivables, Order Management, Customer OnLine, Trading Community Architecture, Oracle Time&Labour, Projects and Cash Management
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SQL Plus and Oracle Support/Service Request, proper configuration and release management procedures and best practices.
- Experience with Oracle User Productivity Kit and Oracle Methodologies AIM/OUM would be an asset
- Experience facilitating group discussions
- Strong problem solving skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
