Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Project Accountant (Property Management / Real Estate) job in Edmonton, AB. The Project Accountant (Property Management / Real Estate) position will require the incumbent to possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a full cycle project accounting role specific to the property management industry. Project Accountant (Property Management / Real Estate) Responsibilities:


*Oversee the full cycle accounting function for your designated client portfolio which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly bank reconciliations, tax remittances, deposits, journal entries, income statement and cash flow analysis

*Prepare year end working papers, balance sheets and financial statements for all assigned properties

*Provide data for prepartion of budgets, operating costs and property taxes

*Assist in other areas as required


Qualifications:


*The incumbent will possess a minimum of 2 years of direct related experience in a general accouting role in the property management / commercial real estate industry

*Possess related post secondary education - pusuring a CPA designation would be an asset

*Strong technical skills with attention to detail

*Team player who is self motivated and career minded
