Adecco is currently hiring for multiple Bilingual Call Centre Representative (Cantonese and English) jobs working in Mississauga ON, looking to start immediately. We are seeking individuals who have experience working in call centres and have high volume sales experience. You will be receiving inbound calls from customers answering general inquiries. This contract position will be six months to start with a potential extension opportunity. The pay rate for this Bilingual Call Centre Representative Jobs (Cantonese and English) is $20.50 per hour.

The Bilingual Call Centre Representative (Cantonese and English) Job Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls
- You will be establishing a relationship of trust, ensuring client satisfaction and providing personalized service
- Fielded questions from financial advisors, dealer head offices and investors; as well as the general public regarding all aspects of the financial services industry for client funds
- As part of the team, you will handle trades that are NIGO (not in good order) to ensure issues are addressed and requests are processed efficiently
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Analyzes and interprets information in order to solve problems while ensuring compliance with the legislation in effect as well as with policies and procedures.
- Keep current with department policies, programs and procedures
- Comply with Corporate Security and PIPEDA practices

The Bilingual Call Centre Representative Jobs (Cantonese and English) Requirements Include:
- Previous experience working in a financial service industry call centre of 2 years minimum
- A Clear credit check and criminal reference check is required
- Excellent verbal, written and organization communication skills
- Ability to communicate and comprehend industry terminology
- Professional telephone manner
- Must be computer literate: proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
