Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Whitby. This Customer Service Representative position is accountable for Inside Sales responsibilities at clients Brooklin facility. and reports to the Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate for this Customer Service Representative position may have landscaping and retail experience. To qualify for this Customer Service Representative role, you must have:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills required as are strong customer service focus skills
- Ability to work quickly, with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, strong overall personal computer skills
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, attentive to detail and positive attitude
-Minimum academic level is a secondary school diploma, prefer post secondary education in marketing or business.
- Minimum of three (3) years retail sales experience
- Knowledge of precast concrete products or landscaping would be an asset
-Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multi-task skills
- general administrative duties

The Customer Service Representative is the liaison between the Customer and the Company handling both inbound calls and walk-in customers with exceptional levels of customer service.
Other expectations include:
- interaction between the Customer Service Representative and various head office personnel
- working with the Operations Manager and the Sales Manager for the Central Region.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Available to work designated Saturdays throughout the year and/or trade shows if required.
- checking inventory and stock to ensure volumes meet demand
- various projects as required.



As a Customer Service Representative, the incumbent is responsible for all aspects of communications with customers. The incumbent may be expected to work overtime to fulfil customer requirements.
