Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Guelph, ON. To be considered for this Bilingual Customer Service Representative position, you must be fully bilingual in French and English with excellent written communication skills and possess previous experience working in a CSR capacity. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year SAP experience. The hours for this position would be Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM and the pay rate for this position is $20/hr.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answering any customer inquiries
• Maintaining a high standard of efficiency and customer service focus
• Will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer assistance
• Must accurately document, record and report customer information


Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent required
• Must be bilingual French/English
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
