Our growing Toronto client who is a leader in providing Technical Support for Website Development and Bloggers is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team. Please note that you do not need to be an "IT Guru".... If you enjoy working on websites and blogging as a hobby this will strongly be considered. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service either in retail or call centre and by nature enjoy being a problem solver. You will find solutions for the customers instead of just identifying the problem. You will have strong knowledge of email software, DNS, web hosting, domain names and general internet technologies. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills so that you can explain technical concepts in a way that anyone can understand. You will assist customers via phone, email and online chats.
All shifts are 8 hours and you must be able to work any shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekends.
