Our growing Waterford client who is the leader in their industry is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years related experience and will be responsible for the following:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB:

• Must be fluently bilingual in French and English (verbally and written)
• Inside sales or telemarketing experience necessary (2+ years)
• Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers (sometimes difficult, inflexible and/or irate)
• Highly proficient level computer skills including Sage, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and knowledge/experience with CRM-strong data entry skills
• Ability to target, establish rapport, qualify, promote the company program and handle rejection.
• Highly energetic self starter is assertive and systematic.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing is necessary to explain in detail findings to management and co-workers, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and verbal communication skills required to deal professionally and courteously with customers and co-workers.
• Motor skills and manual dexterity to operate computer, photocopier, calculator and fax machine.
• Organizational skills to ensure filing is completed accurately and information is readily accessible.
• Decision-making skills regarding all customer interaction.
• Team Player; Ability to obtain buy-in for solutions/recommendations; Strong project/time management skills; Experience in Process Improvement and Documentation
• Investigation and inquiry skills required to research facts
• Good knowledge of company sales policies and functions, products and product codes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Familiarity with Sales Management Best Practices (SMBP)
• Familiarity with Sales Support Best Practices (SSBP)
• Maintain and increase sales volume of assigned accounts
• Solicit add to orders from distributor calls
• Seek new applications for company products with present customers
• Carry out promotional programs as required
• Effectively support HHS/HHCS in ensuring they have appropriate tools, resources and communication to promote sales to end-users and distribution channel. This includes liaison on behalf of the sales team between other departments to minimize administration time and maximize selling time.
