Adecco is working with a client located in central Ottawa who is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join its team. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide guidance to customers over the phone and online. The selected candidates will be fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) and will have previous experience in a customer service role.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) Duties:

Answer calls promptly, courteously and efficiently
Provide accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders
Resolve routine inquiries, deliver issues
Miscellaneous customer information maintenance, labeling, duplicate elimination and filing
Provide customers with accurate pricing, part numbers, and/or product availability for orders
Determine the nature of the call and forward it to the appropriate individual or group as necessary

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications:

Minimum of two years customer service experience
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
Ability to problem solve and multitask effectively
Computer knowledge and data entry
Criminal record check will be completed
Professional and courteous phone manner
