Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for this Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative role, you must have pleasant phone demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, 2+ years of experience of customer service, 1+ years of previous experience within a call center, and strong bilingual (French and English) communication skills, both oral and written. Our client is a highly professional top bank in Canada. This Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative role is a 3-month contract with the possibility for extension and has a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Responsible for answering the phone, and following a script to respond to clients – existing and former
• Responsible for answering emails and incoming questions which the team will manage
• Provide customer service experience to existing/former clients

Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
• Must be Bilingual French and English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of previous experience within a call center – dealing with customer inquiries over the phone
• Proficient with Excel
