-Incoming sales call response, including parts lookup and order entry
-Service call resolution or escalation, includes providing order and delivery status
-Perform all tasks to specified client standards
-Problem solving and think on your feet
-Inventory control and analysis
-Ordering products and ensuring they arrive on time
