Adecco Canada is hiring 2 Customer Service Representatives for a top retail client in Burnaby, BC. This Canadian company is a leading retailer of sporting goods, automotive and home goods and offers a close-knit team with long term employees. These Permanent, Full Time positions promise benefits, stability and an excellent opportunity for growth within the company.

Shift: 40 hours/week over 5 days - scheduled between Monday and Sunday

Pay Rate: $14/hour

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

*Process orders for catalog items/online orders
*Handle returns, damaged items, claims
*Offer outstanding customer service
*Operate cash register and POS machine
*Balancing cash drawer
*Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Job Qualifications:

*At least 1 year retail experience
*Excellent customer service skills
*Able to think independently and take initiative
*Strong problem solving skills
*Able to handle high volume and stressful situations
*Possess leadership skills and a positive attitude
*Must be able to pass criminal background check
