Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our client's growing team in Richmond, BC! The successful candidate will assist customers with promotions, products and services at the counter and on the phone for one of the most well-branded companies in Canada. If you have 2-3 years experience in a customer service or sales related role and want to grow your career, this is a perfect opportunity!

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities

Meet, acknowledge and establish rapport with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Open and close rental agreements and complete billing to customers.
Maintain a great working relationship with clients and vendors.
Prioritize tasks for attendants and effectively handle telephone and e-mail inquiries in a positive and efficient manner.
Book and confirm reservations with customers.
Collect sales information and leads to generate new business.
Handling all aspects of paper work accurately and in a timely fashion.
Learn and understand the Standard Operating Procedures in accordance to the role.
Conduct inspections and some shuttle to store location may be required.
Other administrative tasks related to the role.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities

2-3 years experience in customer service or sales related role. Someone with automotive experience is an asset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers in person or via phone and e-mail.
Ability to adapt to changes and work well in a fast paced team environment.
Ability to organize and set priorities and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Should have a clean driver¿s abstract with a valid Class 5 driver's license
Computer literacy and Proficient with using MS Office Suite programs is required
Excellent communication skills verbal and written in the English language
Must have reliable transportation
