Adecco is currently hiring for a Call Center Customer Service Representatives , this is a permanent direct hire position in the Toronto East area. Our client is a global company, worldwide leader in multichannel customer experience. For this Call Centre Customer Service Representative position you must have at least 1 year experience in Customer Service/Call Centre. We are looking to hire 50 candidates for this Call Centre - Customer Service Representative position. Candidates must be flexible to work variety of shifts.

Adecco GTA East Branch will be hosting an open house to recruit for the Call Centre Customer Service Representatives. The open house for the Call Centre Customer Service Representatives will be from Oct 14th-Oct 21st from 9:30am-3:30pm. Please apply directly to the posting before you come in for the open house. Call Centre Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Inside Sales expertise to all customers on inbound calls

Meet and exceed daily sales expectations

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner

Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call

Enters data from customers into various software programs

Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries

Promote and offer products and services by consulting, gathering information, and evaluating customer needs

Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment

in additional training courses when needed

Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

Exercise retention efforts when appropriate

• Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms - assisting the Customer with the correct price plan when necessary

Call Centre Customer Service Representative Experience:

MINIMUM 6 months to 1 year Customer Service Call Centre experience

Type 25 wpm

Excellent command of the English language

Enthusiastic and energetic

Strong negotiation and objection handling skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Great Work ethic, punctual, competitive and sales oriented

Computer Literacy

Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.

References will be checked to verify sales experience
