Our client is currently looking for a Contact Centre Manager for their Concord office

This person must have start up experience in Call Centres.

-Leads a team of customer service representatives by inspiring, engaging, developing and coaching to ensure customer are always receiving exceptional service
-Liaises with businesses and third parties who supply products to the centre by being their first point of contact
-Ensures that service level agreements are consistently met by the contact centre calls and emails
-Minimum 5 years managing a call center
