Adecco is currently recruiting for two Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representatives in Regina, Sask. To be considered for this role you must be fully bilingual in English and French (written and oral). You would also have strong communication, organizational and multi tasking abilities.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities;
- Cross-communication between different business units (sales, delivery, inventory, etc) that affect customer satisfaction
- support customers directly on phone and email order requests
- ensure full customer satisfaction from order through delivery

Customer Service Representative Qualifications;
- 3 years of customer service and diploma or certificate in a related field
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Good Microsoft office software skills
- Strong team and support mindset

Preference will be given to candidates with experience with SAP software.
