Adecco Professional is currently hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives opportunities in Toronto, ON on a full time, permanent basis for our client in the automotive industry. To be considered for these Bilingual Customer Service Representative role you must have full fluency in written/spoken French and English and be flexible Monday - Friday between 8am and 8pm.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsibilities;

Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in both French and English
Provide advice and guidance to customers and clients
Manage Lease Agreements and End of Term Contracts
Update and maintain computer system
Update customers on new and existings products and services
Handle any other queries, concerns and/or complaints from clients and customers


Bilingual Customer Service Representative qualifications;

Full Bilingual fluency written and spoken French and English
Strong communication skills
Excellent technical abilities
At least 1 year experience in a Bilingual Customer Service role
