French / English - Bilingual Customer Service Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON

Our client located in Toronto, ON, is currently looking for a couple additional Bilingual Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team! The client is corporate, professional and therefore requires exceptional communication in both official languages from a spoken and written capacity to have business conversations. This is a full time, temporary position with the working hours being 9am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The initial timeframe is 3 months but with potential of extension.

Key Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON may include the following:
- Respond to calls in both English and French ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up calls if missing information or details required
- Respond to email inquiries whether questions, concerns, orders etc.
- Utilize computer technology to make changes, updates, track calls and detail conversations
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Order entry in SAP - detailed and accurate processing required

Minimum Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON are as follows:
- At least 1+ year experience as a Customer Service Representative, Receptionist, Administrator or corporate Customer Service Administrator (or similar)
- Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken which will be assessed
- Strong technical skills including strong data entry processing and the ability to learn new systems quickly (SAP experience is an asset)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment.
