This Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries, requests and complaints. The candidate is responsible to ensure that customer issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

*Complete inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries by phone and email

*Act as the ambassador of French service and support for all products and services

*Build rapport with existing and /or potential customers over the telephone

*Resolve customer escalations as needed

*Learn and utilize specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve for customer issues and continuously improve our processes

*Other duties as assigned

What you bring?

*Must have clear, concise verbal and written fluency in both English and French

*Minimum of 1 to 2 years of call centre or customer service experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
Strong proficiency in MS Office

*Well-motivated with initiative and strong problem solving skills

*Must be motivated to produce high quality of work

*Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a high performance team.
