Adecco Professional is currently hiring for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position for our client in Markham, ON. To be considered for this Bilingual Customer Service Specialist role in Markham, ON you must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience. Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist job opening in Markham may include;

*Process customer orders in a order entry system in SAP

*Investigate and resolve claims

*Respond to email inquiries within 24 hours

*Build and maintain customer relationships

*Upselling to customers by giving replacement options on cancellation orders

Customer Service Specialist qualifications;

*Related post-secondary education or relevant work related experience

*At least 2 year experience in a Customer Service role

*Bilingual (French/English)

*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of clientele

*Ability to control multiple priorities, to work under pressure and meet deadlines

*Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn other PC applications and programs
