Adecco Professional is currently hiring for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position for our client in Markham, ON. To be considered for this Bilingual Customer Service Specialist role in Markham, ON you must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience. This exciting contract opportunity is with one of the largest sporting companies in the world!

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist job opening in Markham may include;

*Process customer orders in a order entry system in SAP

*Investigate and resolve claims

*Respond to email inquiries within 24 hours

*Build and maintain customer relationships

*Upselling to customers by giving replacement options on cancellation orders

Customer Service Specialist qualifications;

*Related post-secondary education or relevant work related experience

*At least 2 year experience in a Customer Service role

*Bilingual (French/English)

*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of clientele

*Ability to control multiple priorities, to work under pressure and meet deadlines

*Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn other PC applications and programs
