Our growing client in Markham, ON is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their growing team.

Mandatory Availability:
Monday: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Tuesday to Thursday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
Job Responsibilities:

General retention
Following up on service calls
Application processing
Billing resolution
Rescheduling of appointments
Upselling to existing customers
Confirmations of next day appointments
Ability to provide exceptional quality service to new and existing customers
Knowledge of the HVAC industry an asset
Assess and report customer feedback for continuous improvement
Troubleshooting with customers for equipment issues

Skills:

Good command of the English language
Good communication skills must articulate well
Computer literate must have Microsoft office experience
Computer literate test will be conducted before hire
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast paced office environment
Must be able to work well independently
Must be able to work well within a team environment.
Must have 1+ years of experience in customer service/call centre


Compensation: $13.00/ hour.
