Our client in Markham, ON is looking for an Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a full time basis.

Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities and Duties:

*Respond to dealers, end-users and internal staff inquiries

*Provide online training for dealers and staff with regards to Dealer Link functionality

*Process incoming contracts including sorting and filing

*Verify pre-authorized payment details

*Maintain contracts/account


Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Qualification:

*University degree or College diploma and 2 to 3 years of related work experience in customer service

*Bilingual (English/French)

*Good verbal and written communication

*Strong aptitude for learning quickly, training, coaching and providing others with assistance

*Excellent time management, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and meeting deadlines

*Demonstrated ability in core and role specific competencies including team work, adaptability, listening, interpersonal and verbal communication, results orientation, judgment

*Experience in a credit or retail environment an asset

*Knowledge of automotive/industrial equipment or general industry an asset
