Travel Coordinator


The Travel Coordinator job near Fort McMurray, AB is a six month contract position with our Oil & Gas client. In this role, the Travel Coordinator is accountable to provide data entry assistance for a temporary assignment. Two years’ experience required.

Responsibilities of the Travel Coordinator include:

- Input flight reservations into Flight Reservation system

- Input Accommodation reservations into Accommodation reservation system

- General administration duties as required

- Compile Statistics, populate data bases

Qualifications:

- 2 years of relevant experience in travel or logistics coordination or administrative experience

- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when doing data entry

- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail

- Proficient computer and key boarding skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work as a team player with minimal supervision

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a friendly, caring atmosphere

- This is a fly-in-fly-out position flying out of Calgary or Edmonton; camp accommodations will be provided

- Must be able to work as an Independent Contractor
