Job title : Bilinguall Service Coordinator (Montreal)

One of our top Technical Services Support clients in Montreal is looking to hire a Services Coordinator on a 6 month contract with the intention to convert the position to fulltime following the probationary period.

The Service Coordinator is responsible for first level diagnosis of the service call, scheduling and assigning the appropriate resources and managing customer expectations. The key priorities of this role are to ensure Service Level Agreements are met, ensure customer satisfaction and increase the productivity of the services organization. To achieve these goals the SC has the ability and autonomy to effectively guide, influence and/or direct the activities of Field Technicians and Operations personnel.

Our client is looking for the Service Coordinator to have a junior level technical aptitude alongside a solid understanding of the Customer Support Plan(s) and Service Level Agreement(s). The majority of the Service Coordinator’s workload is comprised of co-ordination of service delivery and customer communications this position is in a call centre environment and requires the ability to work shifts Typical hour or work is Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. From time to time, special hours are required for unique client projects that require special added attention after core hours.


Our client is looking for the Service Coordinator to be responsible for the successful service delivery for contracted , T&M and Warranty service calls in a particular geography and a select group of Technicians or by Customer on a Regional or National basis.

The Service Coordinator must be able to provide basic first level diagnosis on service call and escalates to Level 2 Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) as required. As this is a bilingual role, our client is looking for the service coordinator to fully bilingual (EN/FR) and to possess a post-secondary education or equivalent with over 5 years of knowledge and experience in a similar call centre setting or having worked for Technical Services business.
