Adecco is currently hiring for an Audience Marketing Manager in Mississauga and Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Audience Marketing Manager role you will need to have a minimum of five years’ experience in either multi-channel, digital advertising, PR, consumer marketing, or technology marketing, search industry knowledge, digital campaigns, and excellent written communication and collaboration skills. Our client is a highly innovative, reliable and leading multi-national organization in the IT industry. This Audience Marketing Manager role is a nine month contract position with potential for extension, and has a pay rate of $38.00 per hour. This role will require you to work out of two office locations, both in Mississauga and their Toronto office.

Audience Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
• Support and lead marketing activities regarding the search engine and internet browser products driven by the international team by localizing campaigns, interacting with agencies and other teams and ensuring execution qualityManage agency relationships and engagement inclusive of PR, media/advertising and creative agencies
• Campaign management (this will include localizing campaigns, execution, coordination of the agencies, campaigned analysis)
• Assemble materials including clear channel plans and expected performance across a range or owned, earned and paid channels
• Drive internal communications with regards product releases and GTM activities and update the local subsidiary on scorecard performance through local sub-wide touchpoints
• Collaborate with the search engine engineering and product teams to ensure product features and release timings are aligned with GTM activation and obtain performance data for campaign analysis and impact
• Help identify external opportunities to develop additional marketing activities through partnership, co-marketing or locally relevant events
• Localize marketing materials to English and French Canada language variants from International English and/or review localizations completed by agencies to ensure market relevancy and quality
• Part of role will also be being spokesperson for search engine product (speaking to the media about the new features)

Audience Marketing Manager Qualifications:
• Completion of degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Five years of professional experience in multi-channel, digital advertising, PR, consumer marketing, or technology marketing
• Experience with digital campaigns and search industry knowledge
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in copy writing
• Fluent or high proficiency in English and French Canadian is an asset
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, social media and PR
• Ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels and cross-functionally within the organization
• Solid MS PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel skills
• Strong execution and management skills with the ability to get things done effectively and deliver results in a timely manner
• General comfort with numbers and analysis
• Must be able to work in an international structure, with remote management
• A good understanding of search engines or online-type services
• Experience representing the brand in partner discussions
