Adecco currently has an exciting 6 month contract opportunity for a Graphic-Web Designer within our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing all marketing materials for the marketing department and the field, as well as maintaining and updating the company website, while promoting Adecco brands and supporting Adecco's national and local marketing initiatives.

Graphic-Web Designer job responsibilities:

*Designs and creates all brochures, mail outs, marketing tools and Adecco brands for the marketing department, the field branches and corporate.

*Updates the Adecco website and creates new web pages as required.

*Supports the field and the national marketing department by assisting with the implementation of the national marketing plan and guiding each branch with its local marketing initiatives.

*Effectively influences the field on the ideas and philosophies of the marketing department, ensuring that each region utilizes the marketing tools available to their full potential.

*Maintains and reinforces Adecco's image and branding guidelines by ensuring that Adecco's brand is portrayed consistently in each individual branch's marketing initiatives.

*Communicates new initiatives to the field, receives their input and implements new promotions. Advises and consults the field on Adecco's marketing initiatives


*Completion of post-secondary education in Computer Sciences, or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.

*A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, ideally in a Web Developer role.

*Proficient with HTML,CSS, JavaScript, PHP, FTP, and website administration as well as Microsoft SharePoint

*Prior experience with Adobe CS, specifically Photoshop (image manipulation)

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence others.

*Superior organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize any new tasks as required.

*Expert in hand-coding HTML without the use of a WYSIWYG editor.

*Understanding of SEO principals as they relate to optimizing a website's performance.
