Our client is located in Brampton and currenlty looking for an OUTSIDE SALES REP.

· Reporting to the Managing Director
· Responsible for creating and maintaining positive customer relations by identifying opportunities, supporting customers needs, providing up-to-date product information and identifying solutions to any issues.


· Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, and Lunch and Learns etc.
· Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
· Technical assistance for customers (answering technical questions, troubleshooting via telephone, E-Mail and on site)

Requirement and skills
College (Electrical Technician)


5+ years of sales and customer service experience
3+ years of experience in the electrical industry is strongly preferred
Technical knowledge of power systems, electrical relays and protection systems
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce
English language proficiency, German and French would be an asset
Must be available outside of office hours on telephone or e-mail and for networking and relationship building activities. Some overnight travel may be required
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and drive and sit in a car for a large portion of the day with valid driver’s license
Occasional required to visit customers at job or construction sites involving climbing, going into small spaces and visiting areas where there are potential hazards
Ability to work with variety of customers in different industries and respond to novel demands
Ability to work alongside competitive individuals working for competing organizations
Must be resilient and persistent in order to deal with rejection from potential customers
Must be able to lead presentations and meetings
