We are currently seeking a VMS (Vendor Management System) Expert to join our team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities include:

Ongoing Management of the VMS landscape, design solutions that effectively leverage the VMS.
Partner with other team members in the technical design for all key projects, assist in translating business requirements into technical requirements for VMS.
Explore capabilities and limitations of VMS tool so as to better service existing business requirements as well as to expand BI team knowledge going forward.
Take an active role in the cross-functional design and be an advocate for the VMS solution throughout the organization.
Develop, maintain and deliver appropriate end-user training and technical documentation to the business/user community.
Identify gaps and stakeholder requirements for an optimal VMS system.
Identify goals, KPI’s, set targets and measure performance for VMS initiatives.
Identify and follow up on continuous improvement ideas.
Lead project plans and change when enhancements occur.
Create and manage resolution plans when discrepancies occur between VMS suppliers, Irving suppliers and the business.
Manage relationships between TP, SM and the business.
Maintain and update supplier rates and assignments.
Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
Identify any changes required to policies, processes or need for additional training.
Prepare and analyze reporting requirements from the business, SM and suppliers.



Bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer science) and/or a combination of the equivalent education, training and related discipline required.
Minimum 5 years Hands-on experience in the BI/BPM field.
Leadership competencies including prioritization and multitasking
Strong data analysis skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage development projects with day-to-day support responsibilities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Business and P2P process acumen
