Roevin is currently hiring for a SCM Invoice Analyst in Calgary, AB for a one year contract. To be considered for this role you will have both excellent business analysis capabilities as well as a firm knowledge of standard SCM and AP procedures and practices. The successful applicant for this position will be self-motivated and have a proven track record of delivering value to an organization through diligence, attention to detail and a high level of service. You will be responsible for the successful review, processing and troubleshooting of goods, services and invoice transactional activities.

SCM Invoice Analyst Responsibilities:

Work closely with internal clients, supply chain management partners and suppliers to resolve payment issues and create solutions to mitigate future instances.
SAP transactional report management e.g. Blocked Invoice, Service Entry queue, GR/IR.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices for payment.
Provide regular progress and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Establish and maintain positive and productive supplier and Stakeholder relationships.
Assist staff, vendors and Accounts Payable with invoice queries in a timely manner.
Provide relevant support to field staff to resolve issues, problems etc. relating to transactional activities.
Ipay, epay and FI invoices processing requiring specific SAP experience - invoice review - coding validation, provision of correct coding, invoice error resolution, goods receipts, creation and release of service entries.
Create goods receipts and service entries in SAP.
Maintain relevant receipt documentation per purchasing policy and requirements to ensure compliance for all goods/service entries made.
Assist with clearing of blocked items on the invoice report and related audit queries.
Provide support to team and BU stakeholders to ensure workflow within process is efficient, minimizing potential for blockage.
Provide systems training where required.
Train and familiarize team colleagues on specifics of job role to enable team workload spread to be as efficient and effective as possible whilst ensuring meet timelines and expectations of stakeholders.


At least five years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Knowledge of systems used for coding and cost allocation referencing such as Capital Manager, Well View, Site View
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
Post-secondary education is preferred.
Capable of working collaboratively with diverse organizational groups under limited supervision.
General understanding of the overall Requisition to Pay process, including contracts Positive and enthusiastic work ethic and attitude.
Proficiency with SAP, MS Excel and other relevant computer applications.
Strong attention to detail.
Relevant Supply Chain/ Accounting certifications or other education would be an asset.
