The CIRQUE DU SOLEIL is coming to town!

Are you interested in being part of the Cirque du Soleil magic? Come join Adecco as we delve into the world of Volta, a spellbinding story about the freedom to choose and the thrill of blazing your own trail. We are currently hiring Ushers to join the team in a contract opportunity from September 2 2017 to November 26 2017 for their Volta show.

Usher Responsibilities
- Seating of customers, including handicapped and elderly people
- Participate in crowd control and follow-up of Cirque’s rules (e.g. black outs, no smoking/no cameras in the Big Top)
- Internal and external daily cleaning of the Big Top and the surrounding public areas (cleaning, sweeping, dusting)
- Handling complaints and/or difficult customers
- Participating in emergency procedures
- Cooperate with Public Sales department

Usher Qualifications
- Motivated to work in a team
- Friendly and out-going personality
- Customer oriented approach
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and move around the site
- Must be physically able to go up and downstairs constantly
- Professionally handle difficult situations that may arise with unsatisfied customers and suggest possible resolutions
- Potential for heavy lifting, may work on ones feet for up to 10 hours
- Being able to work in a dark and loud environment
- Flexibility: variable working hours, late shifts, weekends
- Punctual and reliable

Usher Shift Availability
To be considered for this role you must be able to work from September 2 2017 to November 26 2017

Approximate Work Hours:
•Tuesday/Wednesday – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
•Thursday/Friday/Saturday – 2:00pm – 11:30pm
•Sunday – 11:00am – 8:30pm
