Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Finance Office Manager. Must have a minimum 8-10 years experience in a similar role. Accounting designation preferred or on progress or willing to work towards getting there designation. Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, not afraid to present their own ideas and strategies.

Responsible For: Finance / Administration / Sales support functions

Office Management:

Manage office computer and phone system, maintenance and upgrades
Be control order point for office supplies
General overseeing and management of the front office

Administration/Finance:
Must have expert level of Word and Excel
Answer incoming phone calls. Take customers orders and other matters that can be dealt with. Direct calls when appropriate.
Accounts Payable in various currencies
Process credit applications
Set up customers and vendors in QB
Process prepaid customer order
Ensure all stock has been received prior to payment
Inventory Register ensure all inventory is posted correctly
Monthly reconciliation of all Gl accounts
Regularly scheduled Government remittances ¿ corp. tax, WSIB, GST/HST
Yearly Government remittances T4 summary, WSIB
Monitor employee¿s absences, vacation days, sick days etc.
Payroll information collection for ADP payroll services
Prepare regular sales/finance/customer activity reports for sales manager and General Manager
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Quick Books expert
Develop forms where necessary
Develop Policies and procedures where necessary to ensure proper work flow through organization


Sales Support
Organize and host in house events. Catering, hospitality and other items
Prepare regular sales/finance/customer activity reports for sales manager and general manager
Support for sale and marketing manager, in house events, seminars, marketing activities, etc.
Manage sales/marketing data bases
