Adecco is currently hiring for a Product Disability Manager in Downtown Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Product Disability Manager role, you must have a minimum of 5-8 years of progressive financial services experience, excellent organizational and priority-setting skills, ability to simultaneously manage several projects, well-developed negotiation and relationship management skills, and thorough knowledge and understanding of disability insurance implications. Our client is a highly professional financial services organization. This Product Disability Manager role is a 12-month contract and has a pay rate of $41.50 per hour.

Product Disability Manager Responsibilities:
• Responsible for proactively seeking opportunities to identify and leverage product designs and positioning strategies and tactics across all channels
• Develop and present sales concepts through all distribution channels, bringing new perspectives to customers and business partners
• Responsible for interpreting market trends and activities of competitors, assess the market, using information from diverse sources to identify risks and opportunities
• Responsible for applying expertise in formulating sound product strategy for assigned products, including situation assessment, risk/reward scenarios, strategic evaluation, and tactical planning
• Balance costs and profitability with distribution needs
• Responsible for internal and sometimes external customer relationship support
• Develop and communicate value proposition statements for assigned products
• Ensure effective and timely resolution of product problems identifying appropriate process/service improvements
• Support annual business planning process including identifying key opportunities to grow the business across all distribution channels
• Responsible for developing full Product Descriptions and required documentation on assigned products
• Lead cross-functional teams when necessary, and able to lead internal/external teams/meetings/projects as a senior representative of consumer markets

Product Disability Manager Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive financial services experience with demonstrated excellent
• Excellent organizational and priority-setting skills
• Ability to simultaneously manage several projects
• Well-developed negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written
• Well-developed relationships management skills and the ability to represent the organization with key external partners
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Disability insurance, pricing principles, and profit implications
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
