Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Business Analyst for a client located in Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least four years of experience in the Wealth Management industry focused on understanding the business processes of clients including data analysis, stakeholder management and support.

Our client is one of the key record keeping and distribution software providers to the financial services industry in Canada. Based in downtown Toronto, our client supports clients ranging from investment firms to regulatory bodies to pension firms and banks.

The compensation package is a base salary plus a bonus structure dependent upon performance, 3 weeks’ vacation, Matching Group RRSP contributions, tuition reimbursement, corporate employee discount program, Employee Referral Program, full benefits and continual education and performance training to their staff.

The Bilingual Business Analyst Key Responsibilities Include:

Ability to analyze and identify any risks to the project, perform regulatory checks for compliance, ensure that all changes are prompt in completion and manage requirement walk through with all required parties
Assess and prepare any reports/documents for both internal and external teams in both French and English
Able to work through QA issues both in process and with clients QA requirements and provide solutions with the team prior to commencement of testing of custom systems
Effectively provide training for both the team to ensure compliance to any regulatory, company or client changes in status quo
Ensure compliance to all business process requirements and translate to French or English for specific software needs
Must be able to stay up to date on all changes within financial services industry to ensure SME status with client

The Bilingual Business Analyst Mandatory Qualifications Include:

Have at least 4 years of experience working within Wealth Management environments
University or College Diploma, preferably in Business Administration and/or Computer/Software Engineering
Excellent communication both oral and written in both English and French(Quebec French)
Strong analysis, critical thinking and stakeholder management experience along with the ability to work within several teams at once
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems and Microsoft Office
