Financial Planner l $50K - $65KBase+Commission+Bonus l Richmond, BC l Permanent

The Financial Planner proactively indentifies customer financial needs and implements relevant financial solutions accordingly.

Financial Planner Responsibilities:

Maximize business opportunities by engaging customers in meaningful conversations and having helpful approach to save, grow and protect and improve members financial well-being
Working in partnership with specialist partners such as Mobile Insurance & Estate Specialist to ensure customer insurance needs are met
Execute superior reviews and ongoing retention of customer relationships
Identify opportunities for transactional banking, small business and general insurance opportunities and refer to different business lines
Maintain branch satisfactory compliance and file administration
Participate in Branch campaigns, initiatives and activities
Follow regulatory requirements as well as company’s policy and procedures.

Financial Planner Requirements:

Minimum 3 years with a financial institution, preferably in retail banking
Investment Funds InCanada(IFIC) Licensed
Pursuing Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Personal Financial Planning (PFP)
You are sales Pro and regularly achieve sales target!
Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese skills preferred.
