We are currently seeking a process trainer for an electronics warehouse in Vaughan at Jane and Rutherford near the Vaughan Mills Mall. Working hours will be Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm, this is a long term, full time position.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

To ensure all team members are trained with current document revisions as per customer's requirements.

TRAINER TASKS:
- Ensure compliance by auditing and observing employees at workstation
- Verifies that work is performed as per documentation
- Ensure employees are wearing required PPE
- Maintains training records and communicates to management
- Communicates best practices and smart work methods to employees in order to increase productivity and reduce errors
- Maintain a safe and well-kept working environment
- Document audit results and conduct follow-ups to monitor improvements
- Maintains visibility on the floor and is open to helping processors and answering questions including researching and liaising with management
- Ensuring all new team members have essential applications and accounts
- Escalate feedback regarding productivity and performance in a timely fashion
- Liaise with team lead to ensure workstations are set up totally functional
- Communicates best practices and smart work methods to employees in order to increase productivity and reduce errors.

TRAINER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in training new hires
- Proven skills and method to upgrade an experienced team to the next level
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Post secondary education in electronics, computers, or office management is an asset
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Develops and maintains effective and professional working relationships with all levels of staff within the organization
- Experience with working with smart phones and tablets or electronics is an asset

This position will involve hands on training, evaluating performance and be able to coach employees to drive productivity to achieve target based quality work.
