We are currently seeking an inventory clerk for an electronics warehouse located in Vaughan at Jane and Rutherford opposite the Vaughan Mills Mall. The shift is Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm and the pay is $15, $15.50 after 3 months, and $16 after 1 year.

Inventory Clerk Job Duties:

¿ Responsible for all central inventory control by ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives
¿ Ensuring Inventory is validated in a timely manner and maintain sufficient inventory to sustain operations.
¿ Placing an order for necessary inventory as and when required
¿ Hold accountability for inventory in the department and maintain records.
¿ Ensure the physical inventory matches with the systematic inventory
¿ Implement a process to ensure smooth flow of inventory.
¿ Ensuring that the process/procedures are being followed as per the Customers expectation by performing audits throughout the shift to ensure process integrity
¿ Communicate and Liaise between the department leads and supervisor as and when required
¿ Ensure all necessary inventory adjustments are done in a timely manner.
¿ Work closely with the shippers to ensure the entire required inventory is available for shipping process.

Inventory Clerk Skills and Qualifications:
¿ Excellent communication/people skills.
¿ Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
¿ Ability to work with various teams and independently
¿ Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, SAP and FileMaker.
¿ Ability to work to strict deadlines and work overtime to meet business requirements
¿ Effective organizational skills, and advanced problem solving skills.
¿ Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining and upholding syncreon safety rules and security policy.
¿ As a part of the selection process, syncreon will review the candidate employment history(if applicable) which may include but not limited to attendance, disciplinary history, productivity and quality concerns

The successful candidate should be prepared to work overtime as per business needs, have above average computer skills and be able to communicate with customer and management. This position will require hands on training, analytic skills and lots of attention to detail.
