*Solid understanding of RF design parameters such as S-parameters, NF, P1dB, IP3, IMD, stability etc
*Must me familiar with technologies to design transmit/receive architectures and circuits including but not limited to: Switches, LNAs, High-OIP3 Driver Amplifiers, Variable Gain Amplifiers, Linear-in-dB Attenuators, Digital Attenuators
*Prior experience in PA, transceiver, RF front end design and product developments.
*Solid RF fundamentals such as impedance matching, distributed systems, passive RLC and resonant circuits, noise, linearity, bandwidth and stability
*Experience on RF switch and/or RFIC/analog circuit design highly desirable.
*Excellent problem solving and lab debugging skills, Soldering skills desirable.
*Hands on experience in RF tuning using state-of-the-art lab equipment.- Spectrum analyzers, VSA, SGs, Communication testers.
*Good understanding of cellular RF systems, including LTE, WCDMA and/or GSM/EDGE operation.
*Strong circuit simulation skills utilizing Agilent ADS/MAtlab/MWO/ 2.5/3D EM tools such as Momentum or HFSS.
*Strong hands-on experience using RF test equipment and characterizing RF ICs
*Perform /Provide guidance for schematic and layout design in Mentor Graphics . Perform RF, wireless and system testing on communication products
*Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting RF, analog, digital and DC circuits using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes ? Familiar with PCB layout, PCB fabrication processes and characteristics of PCB substrates
* Good understanding of RF system architecture, cascade analysis, power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, mixers, and different transmitter and receiver topologies
* Familiar with 3GPP standards, especially LTE standards / Good knowledge about Wireless standards regulatory - 3GPP/ETSI/FCC
* Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills
